The very essence of any dish is adding your touch to it. With these simple pasta recipes, you can add a touch of the Indian style and transform the simple dishes into some lovely and mouth-watering preparations. To begin with, you must buy pasta from the top Italian pasta manufacturers in India and keep ready all the ingredients as mentioned for each of the pasta recipes over here.

  1. South Indian Style Pasta

Coconut, mustard seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves are some of the typical ingredients for cooking any South Indian dishes. When you use these ingredients to prepare your South Indian style pasta, it is bound to be of unique flavours and great taste. So, start with buying the top-quality pasta from the Italian pasta manufacturers in India and keep these simple ingredients ready beforehand. Then, take a cooking pan and add mustard oil since it is used largely to cook most Indian dishes.

Add a small amount of mustard seeds, and as soon as it begins to splutter, add the fresh curry leaves but do not chop them. Instead, chop some onions and green chillies, and add them to the pan. Fry for a while, and then sprinkle some turmeric and chilli powder, salt and sugar. Once it turns aromatic, add some grated coconut and fry this once again for a minute or so. Next, add boiled penne pasta and stir everything well when this mixture is ready. If needed, add a little bit of coconut milk to bring in a touch of gravy. Cover with a lid, keep it on a low flame for around 5 minutes and serve hot with some freshly grated coconut.

2.North Indian Style pasta

Kasuri methi, heavy cream, onions, tomatoes and lots of garlic are some of the main ingredients used in North Indian dishes. When you want to prepare this North Indian style pasta, you have to use these items at large. First of all, take a wok, and add a generous amount of butter. Next, add ginger-garlic paste, separately chopped garlic, and many onions and green chillies. Saute this for a while, add a little bit of water, and bring it to a good boil. Next, put tomato puree, cashew and almond paste, and heavy cream. Add a little bit more water and bring it to a good boil. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and sugar as per your taste and once again, keep on boiling the paste until the butter starts to separate from the mixture. When the gravy has thickened, add a good amount of boiled macaroni, bought from India's best Italian pasta manufacturers, and some Kasuri methi. Stir it well and once again boil the dish. Serve it hot with some grated cheese on top.
