Pink Sauce Cauliflower Pasta: -If your kids refuse to eat cauliflower, hide it inside a pasta dish to make them eat this bunch of goodness. To start, put some olive oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions followed by some salt, and cook until brown. Once done, remove them aside. Now put some garlic cloves in the same frying pan and let it cook until a sizzling fragrance spreads in your house. Next, add tomato puree, parsley, chilli flakes, salt, and cook them until the puree becomes thick. Finally, add boiled penne pasta, cauliflower, onions, cheese to the puree and let the dish cook for a while. Top with grated cheese and fresh herbs for an additional flavour.
Fettuccine Alfredo: - Sauté some garlic with butter on low heat until softened. Add thick cream, crushed pepper, and salt to the pan and stir until it becomes thick. Add grated parmesan cheese to the sauce and whisk it until smooth. Once your sauce is ready, add some boiled fettuccine pasta, sold by some pasta suppliers in India, to the sauce and toss the two together. Garnish and serve with grated cheese and fresh herbs on top.
